YOGA BODY / YOGA SCULPT (Intermediate/Advanced): Class targets traditional 'trouble' spots - thighs, glutes, abdomen and arms. Creates long, lean muscles and improves athletic performance. Intense ultra fat-burning. Triathletes, cyclists and other experienced athletes have already discovered this special training boost. Not for beginners.

CHINOOK'S YOGUA (Intermediate/Advanced): Ultra-dynamic yoga flow w/fusion of other global health, healing and bodywork techniques (Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Bua Gua, etc). No beginners please. Athletes, dancers, martial artists and serious yoga practitioners welcome.
FREE STYLE / FREE FLOW - YOGA HAPPY HOUR: Practice, move, exercise, chant, dance, stretch, be still, meditate. Feel free, free to do your own thing or to do nothing at all. All in a clean, safe, friendly environment. This 'happy hour' is open to Tsada Ticket regulars, monthly members, and their guests only. No charge. Must schedule in advance.
